RESEM’s technology cleanly and quietly heats waste tire and industrial waste in an inert atmosphere. The reactor super-heats the

industrial waste and waste tires in an oxygen-free environment, therefore, there is no combustion or air pollutants. The result is the

recovery of renewable and reusable resources.

One thermal conversion plant can generate more than 70,000 barrels of oil per year while processing 3 million waste tires. RESEM’s process recovers almost 100% of the waste tire and is, essentially, energy self-sufficient.

These elements are vapor gas, oil, high tensile steel and carbon char. The volume,percentages and composition of these elements vary according to the specific or mix of feedstock.
