The turbidity monitor is based on a membrane-capped amperometric principle. It is used for continuous measurement of the turbidity present when metering turbidity disinfectants.
The on-line turbidity monitor should be used only to determine the amount of turbidity in oxidation of drinking water, landfill leachate, contaminated ground water; Disinfection of cooling, service and production water in the pharmaceutical, food and beverages industry as well as in swimming pools or water of a similar quality; Deodorization (gas scrubber) in municipal and industrial purification plants; Dechlorination in chemical processes; chemical bleaching in the timber, paper, textile and mineral material industry; Organic synthesis in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industry.
Please note that for regulation tasks, the response time T90 is 30s!
In order to guarantee the flow parameters, the sensor should be used in the on-line probe housing to control the flow rate of sample to 30L/h. (20L/h~100L/h).
