The control part are mainly composed of power supply, regulator, shift control, protection circuit, adaptive phase-sequence circuit, start calculus circuit, Inverter frequency tracking, Inverter pulse forming, pulse amplification and pulse transformer. The core components use high performance and density, large scale specialized ASIC-2 integrated circuits that produced by USA, so they have more advantages. All the core components are digitalized, only except internal regulator circuit. Rectifier trigger, which has high reliability, high pulse symmetry, high capacity of resisting disturbance and fast action speed, needs no adjustments. Furthermore, this part has adaptive circuit that can work without synchronous transformer, so we don’t have to adjust phase sequence in site testing. We only need to connect the line of KP SCR to corresponding terminal on control plate, and then the rectifier will work.
