Procedures
1. Inquiry | You send us an inquiry ,we make you an offer as your drawings with dimensions |
2. Negotiation | Customer provide us the sample, 3D drawing or digital files ,and both parties negotitate over the price and material of mould. delivery time,payment terms etc. |
3.Place the Order | Based on Specific demands of the customer and the agreement of both parties |
4 .Design | Qianjia R&D team start to make a UG and Pro-E file for the sample or 3D drawing finished by the customer |
5 .Machining | After received down payment, we informed workshop to start make mold.The mold shop goes through various machining procedures |
6. Test Mold | Customer come factory to test the mold,or we send the sample to customer for check |
7. Delivery | Upon approval by the customer, and got the balance money,we will arrange mold shipment to port |
