The CNC waterjet cutting table consisting of the table used for placing work pieces and running gear for cutting head is the battlefront of waterjet cutting machine. It controls cutting head to execute orders from NC system precisely and present perfect works to you. Flying arm style means there is only one end fixed in the table and the other hung in the air. This structure is usually used in small size tables. Since one end is hung in the air ,it is allowed to process sheets bigger than the table in certain range. Its easy to load materials.
The advantages Ultra-high pressure waterjet offer several important advantages over other forms of cutting.(1)Compared with laser cutting:1. Waterjet can cut brass, aluminum and other emissive materials.2. No heat energy, no combustion and no thermal effect. 3. Smooth kerf and no dross4. Easy to change cutting materials. You do not need to change gas, focus and other objects. The only thing changed is cutting speed.5. It is difficult to maintain laser equipment. Correspondingly, high staff payment is needed. Whereas waterjet is relative cheap in every aspect. 6. Price advantage.
(1) You only need a half or one third of the price of laser equipments to own a waterjet.(2) Compared with linear cuttingLinear cutting is definitely accurate, but it is really slow. It need conducting materials and cause thermal effect.(3) Compared with voltaic arc and flame cuttingObviously, they belong to hot working and cause thermal effect. Relatively, waterjet are good at surface treatment. There is no dross on the back side of work piece. Second processing is unnecessary and arrangement spacing of cutting figures can be narrowed down to reduce material cost.
