2.Working Principle
The whole ultrasonic system including 1pcs ultrasonic generator+1pcs ultrasonic transducer+1pcs ultrasonic welding horn achieve the ultrasonic working.the process as follows:
Ultrasonic generator produce the high frequency and high pressure signal----Ultrasonic transducer translate the high frequency,high pressure signal into the high frequency mechanical vibration(ultrasonic).then,through the booster enlarge the energy----Ultrasonic welding horn receive the ultrasonic that from the transducer,then conduct it to the welding workpiece make the workpiece changed complete the perfect welding.
