High Standard of Quality Control System
Our in-house product safety laboratory with an entire set of genuine Japanese testing equipment with professional technicians conducts testing to ensure the product meets the customer’s national product standards for imported goods. We join product safety testing bodies such as Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS), Intertek Testing Services (ITS), and Bureau Veritas (BV) on random sampling and re-inspection to ensure quality standards are met. Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) department will ensure that your goods are genuinely made according to your order. Our sales team will communicate your product parameters and concerns to our QA for analysis. After the product parameters and concerns are defined, our QC will perform pre-shipment inspection based on mutually agreed AQL standard and parameters.
