Structure:
JB300 Dual-axis Mixer transmission structure is composed by the motor and reducer straight association, double-speed motor, stirring speed of 42/84 rpm, stirring shaft blades adopt positive and negative spiral design The mixing process makes materials mix more completely at the same time. Mixing mode can be selected reversing or time interval changes, to match the process requirements. The seal means at both ends of stirring shaft adopt special seal way, without any leakage.
The body parts contacted with the raw material adopt the imported stainless steel, making, conform to the hygiene and easy to clean food. Electrical part adopts Siemens and Panasonic’s low voltage control device, control button is the United States A-B components, high protection grade, convenient washing the body flush, safety of operation.
Working principle:
Dual axle mixer uses two screw axis which is synchronization, in the transmission of dry ash powder materials, add the water to mix evenly, making the dry powder wet ,so as not to take the dry ash or drops of water, thus easy to add wet dust transport or turn to other loading conveying equipment. Mainly used in the thermal power plant, mining and other industries of fly ash or similar materials humidifying loading occasion.
