We are engaged in research and development of tungsten carbide and are engaged in production of tungsten carbide .Our factory is located in the national high-tech development zone.And our factory is high-tech plant of Hunan province.It is listed as national torch program project that our new type of cold heading technology and cold punching technology of our special big grain of tungsten carbide by our government. The area of our factory is 3500 squre meters. There are more than 60 staffs in our factory, that is 40% proffessional and technical personnel. Our factory have annual output of 200 Tons production line. Our technology is mature of making tungsten carbide productions. There are still more than 90% staffs who joined in our factory in 2004 when our factory had been established. We have a only 10% turnover of staff. Our fixed assets is more than RMB 10,000,000 . Our factory have international advanced 60 Tons of fully automatic high precision DOST press machine, vacuum dry mix equipment, andegreasing sinterring furnace and so on. Our main products are tungsten carbide cold punching moulds, tungsten carbide buttons for mining, tungsten carbide goods for tamping of railway foundation, tungsten carbide strips, tungsten carbide rods, tungsten carbide plates, and so on. Our factory's sales volume was RMB 40,000,000 in 2011, and we paid tax RMB 1,000,000 to our government. We will invest RMB 6,000,000 to add machinery in next 3 years.
