In the sucker rod manufacture process, have used the advanced online crack detection, quenching, the continuous-type overall tempering and the blasting processes, its body mechanical strength is bid, the overall performance is good.

 

The thread is cut by the special-purpose numerical-controlled lathe, which keeps the rod body still when cutting the threads, and is rolled to forming. The special process is able to ensure the high precision of the thread with better reliability and longer life-span
