NJGC series Closed Belt Gravimetric Coal Feeder working principle
The coal through controlling gate flow into coal feeder, and when the coal on the belt through the weighing bridge, high precision weighing sensors on the weigh bridge convert weight coal signal into current signal and passed it to the totalizer, and at the same time, totalize accepts signals coming from the photoelectric speed sensor installed in the tail roller, instantaneous flow by weight of the signal and speed signal calculus, drawn and tired machine accumulation.
