2. Guide material buffer device

3. Feeder machine
Make up of Up and down feeding roller and length measurement roller etc, feeder roller drive system adopt Taiwan DELTA drive motion control system. Center position, feeder can longitudinal whole translation; Double motor drive, using the most advanced servo push-pull institution; Encoder length measurement, servo loop control;
Feed roller adopts polyurethane, normal use 0-180 m/min, highest feeding speed of 240M/min.
4. V punch part
Mainly includes V punch 1 set, servo motor driver.
V notch has horizontal step function, according to the program to automatic adjust.
Punch range: material center of ± 50 mm, stepping series can up to seven levels.
V shear use Taiwan DELTA servo motor drive, high efficiency, low noise.

5. Shearing part
Mainly make up of + 45 °shearing machines (can be adjusted fixed for + 90 °), -45 °, shearing machine, horizontal sliding table, discharging roller etc.
Shear use Taiwan DELTA servo motor drive, high efficiency, low noise.

6. Discharging platform
Unilateral positioning, transmission belt stepless speed regulation, discharging smoothly.
Discharging motor use Germany ABB motor, Toshiba inverter control.
7. Layered machine
Can complete the upper and lower discharging, mainly make by discharging device, transmission magnetic belt etc.
8. The automatic positioning on unilateral width device
Whole line use unilateral positioning, operation mode adapted to different width transfer. The wide organization adopt linear guide orientation, the ball screw transmission ways
9. Pneumatic system
All pneumatic system use Taiwan AIRTAC pneumatic control system, the structure is compact, pipe is convenient to connect, bus connection.
10. Electric control system
The electric control system includes main electric control cabinet and work station.
Use Taiwan CNC motion control dedicated system,can realize multi-axis synchronization movement,realize complex shearing demand; Human interface design, easy to use,powerful,speed governing,positioning and function control are made up of Taiwan DELTA AC servo system,Taiwan DELTA logic control system, etc. Speed is above the normal movement 10 times, realize unprecedented high speed and high precision shear.
Independent development of control program, and sheet shape shear program can be carry out all the tasks shear.
