This line applies to slitting and recoiling steel plate of different materials. By uncoiling and slitting, it cuts the coiled plate into several strips with requested width; then recoils, bounds so to prepare for next procedure of cold-bending, punching, pipe welding, etc. With the advantages of proper wiring, easy operation, highly automated and high production efficiency, it becomes one of the most popular products in world market.
This line is applies to cold-rolled and hot-rolled coils, silicon steel coils, stainless coils, coloredcoils, aluminum coils, and all sorts of plated and coated coils, so it is widely used by many industries like automobiles, containers, household appliances, foodpacking, construction materials, etc.
2. Equipment composition:
It is composed of loading cart, uncoiler, slitter, scrap winder, coil-head-and-tail shearer, tension controller and coil recoiler, etc. Intermediate bridge, pinching device and deviation corrector are equipped between each machine. This automatic coil processing line is a integration of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic technology.
