Description: small sized deformed steel bars for prestressed concrete

Material: 30MnSi

Size: 7.1mm, 9.0mm, 10.7mm, 12.6mm

Standard: YB/T111, GB/T5223.3, JISG3137 etc.

Tensile Strength ≥ 1420MPa; Yield strength ≥ 1280MPa

Elongation ≥ 5.0%, Straightness ≤ 2.0mm/m

Normal Relaxation ≤4.0%, Low Relaxation ≤2.0%

Feature: good properties for lap welding and heat forging, low relaxation, comprehensive mechanical properties.

Usage: PC bars mainly used in high strength prestressed concrete pipe pile, electric pole, railway sleeper, viaduct pier etc.   

Packing: in coils, each coil is strapped by steel strips and wrapped in anti-rust paper & P.P woven sheet; coil weight 1.0-2.0 tons
