Roller Covered with Rubber for Paper Making

  In the immersing-pond sizing pressing operation, the sizing pressing rolls must be used in pairs; and one hard roll and one soft roll can provide proper pressure for the highly efficient paper-sheet sizing operation and reduce loss of the paper sheets.  The hard sizing pressing cladding materials must keep the stable hardness and the medium-high curve at the temperature of 110 DEG C so as to ensure uniform pressure area strength and avoid the uneven wearing of the cladding materials of the soft roll. And the hard sizing pressing cladding materials must also keep a certain surface smoothness so as to achieve the optimum paper-sheet transfer/separation effect and avoid the cracking of the rubber films.
