Working principles & features:
Permanent lifter is made up of two parts,such as permanent sucker and discharge device.The permanent sucker is made up of permanent magnet and magnet-conductive plate.The magnetic force line generated by the permanent magnet will go through the magnet-conductive plate,attracted materials and form a closed circuit thus to achieve the purpose of lifting the steel materials.
YX2 series adopts the ratchet wheel/crown bar type strcture and can automaically the operations of attracting and releasing,which is suitable for being used to handle short and thick plates .YX3 series adopts the lever/crown bar type structure and control the releasing manually,which is suitable for being used to handle long and thin plates in combination of multi-units.YX series has requirements of the external dimensions and weight of the attracted material.YC series has no special requirements.
