Alnico permanent magnet is a kind of rare earth magnet which is made from aluminum, nickel, cobalt, ferrum and other trace metal elements.Alnico magnet can be manufactured through two different processes, i.e. casting or sintering process. Casting process allows the magnet to be manufactured into various sizes and complex shapes while sintering process can only used to produce small size and common shape magnets. Among all the permanent magnets, sintered alnico magnet owns the minimum reversible temperature coefficient and its working temperature can reach up to more than 500 Celsius degree..
