Idler Frame:

Idler frame is an important part of belt conveyor and is used to support idlers and idler sets. According to the types, the frames are divided into two types: liner frame and offsets frame.

Our frames are in accordance with ISO and GB standards. Meanwhile all frames are inspected prior to commencing the welding run to confirm accuracy of major dimensions. Selected frames are removed from the productions run at intervals and subjected to full dimension checks and weld quality inspection.

Besides the above, the frames can be designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the customers.
