design description:

1,According to the aluminum profile ,pretreatment with 9 stage processing .

2,Then the profiles will be conveyed to the drying oven  for removing the water on there surface

3,After drying ,the profiles are ready for the base painting booth.The process is automatic.

4,Then the profiles are sent to the flash -off area to make the base painting solidify.

5,The workpiece are sent to the surface painting booth  and finishing painting booth.
