4. Sponge:
High density 45 g/m3, high reslilience rebound sponge. No sagging. When you sit on it, you will feel its coziness and comfort.
5. Filler:
Doll cotton is use as cushion, have to undergo sterilization, deodorization and drying. Or specially treated feather to make it softer, more elgant and more comfortable.
6. Detailed raw material:
A. Snake spring steel wire(Diameter 3-4) as meridian line, and intersperse with elastic(width 6-7cm) as parallel line.
B. Cushion paralle net, disperse the pressure from the cushion, so that the impact on the snake spring and elastic is evenly allocated.
C. Moleskin is applied to seperate the sponge on the frame and the soft cover. Sofa cover is detachable and washable. So the mosleskin pretect the sponge from water or dust.
D. Sofa legs are either wood or metal, depends on the customers' requirement.
7. Package:

8. Quality Control:
A. Material and color of the chosen samples must be checked before arranging production.
B. All process of whole production must be checked amd examined to ensure the quailty.
C. Every sofa must be checked and cleaned before package.
D. QC sent by the customers or third party is welcomed to check the quality before delivery.
E. Warranty is two years. When problem happen, we will try our best to solve the problem.
