Features: 1)All selected solid dried hardwood, aridity is under 14 degree, frame is keeped tightly by screw.

2)Foam use 27 to 43 density high elasticity foam.

3)Cushion use 100% nature goose down.

4)use stainless steel at the bottom of sofa seat, instead of rubber belt, which will be durable .

5)use 2.8mm thick MDF in place of plywood on the wood frame.

2) Construction: (all environmentally friendly and quality materials)

  a) Using selected and full dried solid  hardwood frame,undergone anti-worm and polish treatment. ( which will keep strong and not

easy  to be moldy )

      Humidity control between 12-15%,(international occean transport standard)

  b) Metal coil springs and fabric rubber with rust and moisture proofing treatment

  c) Cushion use 80% nature goose down and 20% PP sponge. ( makes it's  soft , confortable)         High density elasticity foam: D30~45 for seating,D27-D30 for backrest,

    noted for its coziness and long durability

  d) Spray-bonded cotton or goose down between the leather and foam, no sagging     e) use 2.8MM thickness MDF in place of Plywood on the wood frame, which will be stronger and will not be trampled.

  f) Smooth solid wood  feet  or stainless steel legs for selection

  g) Customers others requirements available

3)Packing:  Strong ,and best packing which suitable for long time transportation

a) Clearing the sofa before packing ( make sure no dusty, no thread, no glue, no pencil marks on leather and so on)

 b) KD the sofa make the sofa CBM as small as can,  and put moisture beads to mold-proof and moist-proof

c) Inner layer: White Nonwoven bag + Middle layer: EPE Foam + 5 layer papaer carton+ Outer Layer:Plastic bag . 

  d) Foam or  corrugated cardboard wrapping with corner protection. ( some design have)

  e)The legs are removed and packed separately   ( some design have)
