1) Construction: (all environmentally friendly and quality materials)

  a) Full dried solid tropical hardwood frame,undergone anti-worm and polish treatment.

     Humidity control between 12-15%,(international occean transport standard)

  b) Metal coil springs and fabric rubber with rust and moisture proofing treatment

  c) High  elastic density foam: D40~45 for cushions,D30 for back&armrest,

    noted for its coziness and long durability

  d)  Spray-bonded cotton between the leather and foam, no sagging

 

2)Packing:

  a) Inner layer: White polyester bag + Middle layer: Kraft Pad + Outer Layer:Plastic bag

  b) Foam and corrugated cardboard wrapping with corner protection.
