CKO lacquered CKO and printing CKO inside dry weight 7-8g/M2(8-9um) good uniformity, adheision of coating

Golden lacquer and Aluminized lacquer are mainly used for the inside coating of CKO with dry weight 7-8g/M2 (8-9um). For the outside lacquer of CKO, golden lacquer with dry weight 4-5g/M2(3-4um) and printing are widely used.

We can provide the scroll sheet used for the CKO making. All the lacquer we use are in accordance with the FDA of American and European food hygiene standard proved by SGS.

Our coating has good uniformity with difference less than 0.3 g/M2 per sheet and adhesion guaranteeing no defection occur during flanging step of can making.. Our lacquer absolutely will not fade away after high-temperature sterilization and can guarantee that the shelf life of food will be 36 months. Our products  are mainly exported to Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan.
