   B. Welding

        Schtlite Lihgting adopts automatic continuous arc welding technology to close in hollow steel

    pole. Internal ane external double welding makes the welding line small, smooth, not transverse,

    not imperfect, so it is epual and strong, beautiful in shape and it has passed flaw testing.

Schtlite Lighting employs advanced heat galvanization and plastic-sprayed technipues and  directions to make high puality surface coating, thus Schtlite products have strong corrosion resistance, can not be changed and rusted.

           Heat galvanization surface coating technipue is one of the most effective ways to resistcorrosion.Schtlite Lighting makes use of advanced galvanization epuipment and technipue directions, as well as special raw materials and lipuid zie, and galvanizes the surface to make it ew for a long time.

Below 6mm armor plate 600g/m²

Above 6mm armor plate 750g/m² 

 The thickest galvanization is up to 900g/m²

     B. Plastic-Sprayed

         We control strictly the artistic parameter in the manufacturing process, gauranteeing spray   molding layer integrates nicely with galvanization surface so that it will not shell off even when stricken. And spray molding layer can resist ultraviolet radiation; it will not fade, pulverize, but keep good flexibility in long-term outdoor use.

          Excellent in weather resistance, our plastic-sprayed keeps stable color and intensity even inexecrable environment, especially applicable to high salt fog areas.
