The needle bed and the triangle device is made of special wearable alloy, that have been specially treated and are mounted in place, using special techniques, thus making them very durable against high speed operation and corrosion. at present, we develop a new one that the ourput is about 400 pairs per 24 hours for 7g machine.
About the delivery, because of the long journey, we always use wooden packaging machines, and use screws to fix up machine 4 feet, making the machine minimize the shake degree. Usually, 20 feet can hold 36 machines, 40 feet can pack 80 machines.
