1. The MDF door's thickness is 16mm and 18mm, Surface is PVC Covered, the backside is melamined paper faced.

2. We can produce different Door Design, Different PVC Color and different size, etc. And we also can produce as 

customers' request.

3. We can provide these doors with E1 or E2 MDF as per your request.

4. As for package, inside with PE paper, outside is double layers carton box.

5. We also can drill the hinges holes and knob holes and provide revelat hardwares as per your request.

6. The normal PVC Thickness is 0.35mm, 0.45mm, 0.55mm, etc., we buy PVC from China Mainland and Taiwan, 

or as per buyer's request.
