The StecaGrid 9000 3ph UniString inverter wasdeveloped especially for larger solar power systems.It is primarily designed for use on industrialroofs, agricultural buildings and ground-mountedsystems, in each case with identical moduleorientation and without shadow problems. TheStecaGrid 9000 ph supports the creation of systemsfrom 10 kWp to several hundred kWp.
Always symmetrical The advantage of three-phase feeding is that theproduced solar capacity is always symmetrically distributedon all three power conductors to the publicpower grid. This is the case across the whole outputrange offered by StecaGrid 9000 ph. When designing a system, the laborious avoidance of an asymmetry through the appropriate selection of separate inverters is thus dispensed with. Symmetrical feeding is greatly in the interests of energy supply companies. Lengthy discussions with such companies are thereforea thing of the past.
Long service liveWhile the voltage passes through zero on the gridfeedingphase, single-phase inverters must temporarilyaccommodate all energy supplied by the solarmodules within the device. This is usually realised byelectrolytic capacitors. These components influencethe service life of an electronic device, due to the possibilityof drying out.With three-phase inverters, energy is fed into the gridon at least two phases at all times. Thus, the necessityof intermediate storage of energy in the deviceis greatly reduced, which is of benefit to the systemoperator with regard to a longer service life.
Flexible connectionDue to the wide input voltage range of 350 V to800 V, and a maximum input current of 32A,all commonly available crystalline solar modules canbe connected to the StecaGrid 9000 3ph in variousconfigurations. Five plug/socket pairs are available forflexible, mechanical DC connection.
Easy handlingDespite its high output, the StecaGrid 9000 3ph isa wall-mounted device. Thanks to the high degreeof protection, this inverter can be installed indoorsor outdoors. Due to the integrated DC circuit breaker,installation work is made easier, and the installationtime is reduced. It is not necessary to open theStecaGrid 9000 ph during installation.
