Brief Introduction of Structure

According to the different smelting grade, capacity, power supply mode and automation requirements, there are opening mode, semi-closed, full-closed, the fixed and rotary furnace body. On the basis of AC submerged arc furnace, we have developed DC submerged arc furnace and low frequency submerged arc furnace. We adopt the new type energy saving short net, international advanced hydraulic system and automatic regulating system controlled by computer, Incoming line voltage of transformer divides into 6KV, 10KV, 35KV, 110KV, according to capacity and users requirement.

Scope of Supply

EAF transformer, short net, furnace body,electrode control utensil and hoisting device, fume extracting device, arc burner, water-cooling system, hydraulic system, high voltage electrical appliance control, low voltage electrical appliance control, electrode automatic elevating adjuster and so on.
