2. Feature of Furnace:

2.1. Mesh belt furnaces specially for continuous resistance annealing of steel product & other metal product.

2.2. The equipment includes loading unit, presintering unit, sintering unit, slow cooling unit, water cooling and unloading system.

2.3. Belt convey system consists of high temperature resistant mesh and transmission devices, where mesh speed is adjustable by AC inverter, and mesh speed is readable on the HMI.

2.4. Temperature close-loop control system include thermocouple, PID Control System & SCR for precise control of temperature.

2.5. Sinter hardening system can be deployed.
