This die heating furnace is new type, energy saving, induced heating furnace for die, which using intelligence controller, PLC, touch-screen, making control temperature accurately, easy to operate, temperature go up fast. Compare with the traditional die heater, This new type die heating furnace has unique advantage.

Introduction:

1,PLC control, touch-screen and button operate. Easy to set the parameter, easy to understand and maintain, perfect temperature-over protecting setting.

2,Heating time just need 15~25 minutes( according to the φ230mm die, over φ350, the heating time will be a little longer.); you can set the heating type,easy to operate. Before delivery, we have set the heating type.

3,control temperature accurately, temperature difference is within 15 centi degree. After the temperature of die reach the setting temperature, furnace will keep the temperature in the same level automatically, lower consumption.

4,Adopting advanced and intelligent, isolated,energy induced heating, make die heating furnace is more safe, and has longer useful life.

5,Change die fast, reduce working time, increase output, save consumption.

6, Unique design: working temperature record device, this die heating furnace can record more than 10 days working temperature value,which can monitor the wrong working of worker, avoiding the die damage because of unexpected temperature.
