It’s made up by the furnace shell, lining, heating components, furnace tank, furnace top, cooling fan, lifter, vacuum system, intake system, temperature control system. It achieves seeping layer:0.14-0.18mm, bright white layer: 0.006-0.01mm, surface hardness: HV1000-1200,ammonia≤7kgs for 400kgs H13 dies heat treatment. PID or PLC control also fulfills easy operation. Rated temperature is 650°C with temperature uniformity ±5°C and rising time ≤80min., and the limit vacuum is -0.08 pa.
