1. RA Series heatless regenerable adsorption-type dryer

 

Technical features:

To ensure 4.8 seconds contact time of alumina and enable it to dry the coming saturated air to needed dewpoint.

 

30% excessive dessicant for compensating the natural aging of dessicant so as to make sure it runs at the best condition always.

Min. regenerating gas consumption(3-7%)

The diameter and height of adsorption tower have been through repeated reasoning and calculation. Reasonable tower design realizes min. regenerating gas consumption and 98% of adsorption heat could be accumulated inside, which maintains the temperature of clean air during the process of regeneration, enables max. moisture removing of air and least air consumption.

Drying gasflow is opposite to the flow of regenerating gas so that the humid air wastes no energy when passing and being dried by dessicant.

Automatic adjusting the air consumption for regeneration as per the inlet load changes so that energy-saving is possible.

Long service life of dessicant

The suitable size of adsorption tower prevents dessciant from floating or pulverization because of the fast speed of air that passes it bedding.

Slow and sufficient pressurizing in regenerating tower protects its bedding from shifting, dessicant from damage and removes pressure fluctuation from the sinking airflow.

The uprising airflow during drying process makes water drops and heavy-polluted granules separated from airflow before entering tower and discharged when the pressure of tower drops.

Most suitable tower size

Ideal capacity of dessicant ensures sufficient contact time and right outlet pressure dewpoint. Excessive dessicant compensates the aged.

High-efficiency and suitable-size enable tower to save heat generated during adsorption so that max. air cleaning and min. regenerating air consumption are realized.

 

Easy operation

All instruments such as pressure gauges, regenerating gas flowmeter, switch buttons and working state indicating lamps as well as control panel, are assembled in the front of towers with suitable position and height to ground, which is an ideal design for the convenience of operation.

Precise control over the capacity of regenerating gas

Regenerating gas control valve can be precisely adjusted. Airflow always passes it from one direction so as to ensure stable flow. The regenerating gas flow control valve and pore plate can display the capacity of regenerating gas.
