It can be also produced according to customer’s requirements, especially on purity content.

We have two kinds of 7N indium available depends on different application by end-users.

a. 7N Indium

Cu/Ag/Ti 0.002 each, Mg/Ni/Cd/Fe/Si/Se 0.005 each, Zn 0.02, Pb 0.01, Sn 1.0 

Size:  about 0.1kg/ingot 

Packing: in vacuumed composite aluminum bag.

Although the Tin is comparatively higher, it will not affect the downstream product if it is not used for InSb compound semiconductor.

      b.7N Indium 

         Impurity PPM max each (ICP-MS).

Cu/Ag/Ti 0.002 each, Mg/Ni/Cd/Fe/Si/Se 0.005 , Zn 0.02, Pb 0.01, Sn 0.1, As/Al/S 0.001 

Size:  about 0.1kg round ingot, Diameter (7-45mm) x Length 30-100mm

Packing: in vacuumed composite aluminum bag.

Shipment: 10days after order and payment.
