1 USEING
The hydraulic power product provides power to roller for cement lines.
2 STRUCTURE PRINCIPLE
The hydraulic power product including oil tank device, oil pump device, control valves, accumulator device, piping, electrical control, and etc.
1) Oil tank device: a closed weld structure; setting air filter, liquid level indicator alarm, temperature controller, electric heater components and etc. on oil tank.
2) Oil pump device and control valves: pressure valves and direction valves to adjust and control pressure and flow direction of oil.
3) Accumulator device: adopt rubber bag accumulator adding pressure to hydraulic cylinder, and set integrated electromagnetism-flooding-valve to protect system pressure release and the main pipe ling pressure release.
4) Electrical control: Hydraulic system is controlled by the main operation box or CRT. Functions as following
Operation position selection (operation box or operation room)
Motor start & stop and main valves open & close (for commissioning and maintenance)
Alarm signal (oil level, oil temperature, oil pressure, filter clogging etc) display alarming
Accident emergency parking
Hydraulic control is achieved by PLC control system.
3 STRUCTURE FEATURE
1) The hydraulic power product adopts high-pressure gear pump installed vertical to save room.
Two pumps work and one is for spare to ensure the normal operation.
2) Intermittent servo work system: when the thrust of hydraulic cylinder runs within the scope of operation, oil station is ready, and pump and motor stop working. This operation mechanism is not only improved running of the system components, but also extend the service life of components and reduce the cost of equipment operation.
3) Cartridge valve integrated design makes the system more compact.
4) Hem tank makes structure stronger and more beautiful.
5) Advanced processing technology and cleaning technology ensure valves cleanliness to achieve higher stability and safety.
