Jieanju female tee compression fitting is made of brass body,brass nut and seal ring.Brass body material can be CW617N, CW602N, Hpb59-1, Hpb58-2, Hpb58-3, etc; fitting superficial treatment can be tin-plating and nickel-plating.

Both sides can connect  pert-al-pert and  pex-al-pex pipes, compression fittings are easy to install, just tighting nut into body,without any special tools,which also makes them easy to be replaced.

Production process: cutting brass bar ino different sections according to diferent product-----heating these sections in intermediate frequency furnace-----hot stamping-----cutting burr-----shot blast and shot penning-----mechanizing by meter lath and CNC-----inspecting 100%-----assembling-----testing and packing.
