Description of Ro Water Treatment Machine
SUS304 Raw water tank with level controller (aseptic tank)
If the booster pump direct extraction pipe water, May because of lack of water flow and the instability
Pressure lead to damage the pump or affect the normal operation of the system, Use one raw water
tank to offer water can avoid that happen.
The raw water tank with built-in water stainless steel ball valve and liquid level controller, large equipment need a water inlet of electric butterfly valve.
Inlet valve function is control of raw water into the water, make sure the system can timelyreplenishment water.
Liquid level controlled have middle water level and low water level, Its function is to control thebooster pump’s start and stop; when the water level above the water level, the booster pump can
be started automatically; when the water level is below the low water level, booster pump auto stop.

Water tank has three water level: high level, middle level, low level, when the water level at low level the pure water pump automatic stop supply water until the water of the pure water tank water level reaching or above the middle water level can be automatically activated, restoration of water supply; water level below the middle water level the high pressure pump automatic starting the system to producing water until the water level reach the high level, high pressure pump auto stop running.

Quartz sand filter:
The quartz sand filter is widely used in drinking water treatment to remove different types of particles, such as suspended solids (turbidity), colloidal compounds and etc. This process will reduce the load on the back-end filters
Water production index: SDI<1-3.
The design of single pressure filter is adopted in this system. In order to protect the back-end filters, we adopt one pressure filter. After a period of time, the filter will be saturated. In order to restore its function, the filter needs backwashes. In order to achieve its best results, the efficient backwash needs taking 20-30min. This filter is fitted with two diffusers, a manhole for discharge media.
Manhole for Maintenance
The manhole is made of food grade fiber glass. Moreover, the material of the sealed part connecting the tank is sanitary silicone, completely in line with the requirements of food hygiene .

Activated carbon filter:
With a valve operating system, pipeline system, containing the manhole, hand hole, the upper and lower water distribution devices, media, pressure.
The active-carbon filter is the key device, commonly used for removal of organic substance and heavy metal element, suspended solids and etc. It can effectively reduce the level of COD and improve the taste of water. The designed flow the7m3/h. After a period of time, the media will be saturated and it needs backwashes. In order to achieve its best results, the efficient backwash needs taking 20-30min. Chemical dosing system:
a. Scaling chemical dosing
Confirm the type of the scaling chemical, basically FeCl3 will be added and assistant scaling content like bone being injected in the pre-treatment part (in between the deposit tank and the deposit-filtering tank)
b. Redox chemical dosing
NaHSO3 will be considered a good redox chemical for the Chloride removal purpose.
Being injected before the ultrafiltration system or before the Reverse Osmosis system
c. PH adjustment or other scaling chemical dosing

The 5μm PP filter is most commonly used for dealing the pure water. It is generally believed that the harmful particles and bacteria are larger than 0.22μm. In order to prolong the life of RO system, the whole system adopts one set of stainless pp filter. The polypropylene microporous filter cartridges with the length of 40 inch in 5μm filters respectively. The 5μm filter acts as the protector of the RO system, filtering the vast majority of particles in the water, which eases the load of RO system and prolong its life. The filter cartridges are for one-time use, as the particles retained in the gap of microporous filtering film is hardly removed by rinsing with acid-base. After a period of time, the filter cartridge needs to be replaced. The structure of them makes replacement of cartridge convenient.
This apparatus contain filtration cartridges and stainless support layers. The support layer is made of stainless steel 304, with the advantages of compact structure, beautiful shape, high flux, good filtration accuracy and etc.

RO unit
Function: Reverse osmosis is a liquid filtration method which removes many types of large atomic molecules from smaller molecules, by forcing the liquid at high pressure through a membrane with pores (holes) just big enough to allow the small molecules to pass through. It is most commonly known for its use in drinking water purification from removing the salt and other substances from the water molecules.
Principle: It works by using pressure to force a solution through a membrane, retaining the solute on one side and allowing the pure solvent to pass to the other side.

The whole automatic production line is achieved through the PLC and data collector such as the liquid lever sensor, flow sensor and etc. The whole production line is monitored by liquid level sensor. When the water level of the product water tank is high, the system will stop automatically. When the water level of the product water tank is low, the system will run automatic. This ensures the production line is synchronized with filling production line.

Membrane cleaning:
Membrane cleaning system is composed of the cleaning tank, cleaning pump, cleaning filters.
After long term running the RO system might have slight pollution of the RO membrane , which will affect the inlet and output pressure of the RO membrane, it need chemical cleaning to remove the salt content on the surface of the membrane. Daily rinse process is along with each time turning on/off the machine by low pressure cleaning, but after long term of running, the membrane system should be cleaning by chemical content.
Reverse Osmosis inlet water part pressure switch, if the inlet water pressure is below 0.1 to 0.15Mpa, the high pressure pump will stop working, and energy recycling will stop working also, if it’s over 0.1 to 0.15Mpa, the system will run automatically.
Reverse Osmosis output part side mounting pressure system, if the rated pressure is over 0.2 to 0.3Mpa, pressure switch will send signal to stop the high pressure from working.
Reverse Osmosis waste water part automatic valve system, on the high pressure pump start running and stop point, the PLC system will give signal to automatic rinse the RO membrane system.

Ultraviolet ( UV ) is a kind of disinfectant, it can kill bacteria and viruses, including microbial, although some microorganisms than other microorganisms on UV bear ability better. This process does not use chemical products, but to allow water in the inner container subjected to high intensity of UV irradiation. Ultraviolet light can at the cell level to destroy microbes: kill them, or make them lose the ability to replicate. No replication-competent virus is harmless.
