Cooling machine ;

(1) Function it is used for transporting the wafer to the cream spreading machine through air-cooling environment.This machine rases the wafer sheets to have natural cooling .This machine relieves heat stress applied on the wafer sheet during baking process.Unless the sheets are cooled smoothly .it tends to break even for a small impact during further processing of the wafer due to heat stress.This machine also called stress -reliving machine .This is an improved systerm according to your requirement increasing width & height of the carry arms .All parts that contact the food are made out of stainless steel .

2.Function of safety protection systerm

If any securitu protection switch or emergency stop switch atcivated ,the safety relay will work immediately and cut off the power of main circuit ti aviod any accident

3. Use safety protection systerm

When main power was cut off or one switch activated ,to make all sercuity protection wsitches ,emergency switched and safety relay still work normally,press the buttom "Reset" on the panel only if the safety relay is energized .Otherwise the safety relay cannot work normally and main circuit poweralso acnnot put through.
