Directions for use:Heating instructions are based on a 800 watt microwave.we recommend removing the seed filled insert from outer cover before heating insertHeat in clean microwave for a maximum of 1 maximum of 1 mintue 30 secondsTest temperature before use, Be careful as seed filled insert may be hot!If seed filled insert is too warm, allow it to cool before removing from microwave.Remove seed filled insert from microwave and shake thoroughly in order to avoid hot spots.Place seed filled insert back into outer cover before using.       Do not use on sensitive skin or areas with poor circulation, Do not heat in gas, toaster or conventional ovens.
