Try to select hair extensions that have the same color as your natural hair. This will ensure that your hair extensions will be visually undetectable. If you want to add a complementary color, you can choose a highlighted or streaked version.

How To Add Micro Ring Extensions

Step 1: Gather a strand of natural hair.

Step 2: With your other hand, take a micro ring extension and place the loop over your thumb and forefinger.

Step 3: Pull the natural hair through the plastic loop using your thumb and index finger.

Step 4: Hold the micro ring with one hand and the plastic guiding loop with the other.

Step 5: Pull the plastic guiding loop so that the natural hair begins threading through the micro ring.

Step 6: Pull the natural hair completely through the ring and discard the plastic loop.

Step 7: Use pliers to squeeze the ring shut. Squeeze firmly but it isn't necessary to really crush the ring closed.

We will refund you if you return the items within 15 days of your receipt of the items for any reasons. However, the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items. We will take the responsibility of shipping cost because of the problems of hair quality.

Warranty and Maintenance:

We offer the 30 days free replacement. Buyers may request for a replacement within 15 days from your receipt of the product. The buyers should return the product in the original conditions and should bear the shipping cost for return.

We also provide 100 days free maintenance. The buyers should return the product in the original conditions and should bear the shipping cost for return. If any part is required to be replaced, the buyer should also pay the costs of the parts to be replaced.

Before returning the items, please confirm the return address and the logistic method with us. After you give the items to the logistic company, please send us the tracking numbers. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.

Hair Care Instructions:

Long Hair always requires more care than short hair, and this is true for hair extensions as well. 1. You need to take care of your hair extension as you would of your own long hair, brush your hair several times a day from roots to ends using a large-tooth comb. 2. When shampooing your hair, avoid using a circular motion or twisting motion while lathering to keep knots and tangles from forming. 3. Deep conditioning your hair is recommended and will help in its manageability. 4. Styling your extensions is easy with a little extra attention in your daily routine. Your hair extension specialist should recommend a professional grade shampoo and conditioner to use. 5. When blow drying be careful not to set the blow dryer too hot, and to keep it at a distance of at least 20cm (8 inches). Extreme heat can damage or dry out your hair extension. 6. Tie your hair or put it in a braid before you go to sleep. This is how you avoid tangles with your hair extension.

Q: How long does it last?

A: This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it to make it last longer.

Q: Can they be straightened or curled?

A: Treat the hair as if it is your own. Use a flat iron/straightened or tongs, even when fitted, but as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often as you could dry the hair and it will not last as long.

Q: Can I dye/color the hair?

A: Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend to dye darker, not lighter since the hair extension has been processed and colored, it is difficult to fade the original color. Any improper dying will ruin the hair.

We highly recommend you to have your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want. Because coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can’t get to a salon, always using a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.

Q: Can I wash and blow-dry the hair extensions?

A: You can wash them as your own. Shampoo and conditioner. We also recommend using a hair treatment on them every few weeks, because the hair is not attached to your scalp, it is not getting the oils it should be. Using a treatment/hair mask will keep them looking healthier and shiny for longer! You will find that you don’t need to wash your extensions too much, about every 3 weeks. The extensions can be blow-dried on low setting, but it is not recommended to do it too often. It is best to let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing them.

Q: Will the hair look exactly like the hair in the picture?

A: The picture is to give an idea of our hair's texture. There will be slight variations between the hair you receive and the hair featured in the photo. There will be slight variations in color and texture between each bundle, for they each are from a different lady.

Q: How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?

A: human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smell: human hair will be ash, which will go away after pinching. Human hair will smell foul. When burning, the human hair will show white smoke.

While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke. Moreover, human hair may have very little gray hair and split end. It is normal and not a quality problem.
