The platinum exercise bike uses natural elliptical motion and dual direction workout. You get an upper body, lower body and cardiovascular workout all at the same time and all on the one machine. Boost your energy and have fun getting into shape with platinum exercise bike .
Using the platinum exercise bike in the forward motion works the legs, thighs and buttocks whilst backwards really targets the hamstrings and bottom glutes for fast results. There are also stride bars for your arms to help work out your upper body.
The platinum exercise bike can switch from the dual action mode to the fixed mode during your workout.
Dual Action Mode: Allow the handlebars to move along with the pedals, insert them into the coupler bar. The handlebars are identified with R & L stickers indicating Right and Left. You can also select the height of the handles to ensure that they are in a comfortable position for the user and they lock in place with a Knob Bolt.
Fixed Mode: Keeps the handlebars stationary. As with the dual action mode, you can select the height of the handlebars for a comfortable position.
The platinum exercise bike boasts a directed airflow cooling system to help keep you cool during a workout. It has a Micro Adjustable tension knob that allows you to increase resistance in degrees.
