The pipe mold peening machine is to peen the inner wall of the pipe mold with puncher to form the regular pits, so as to reduce the fatigue heat stress on the pipe mold surface, stop the extension of the pipe mold cracks, increase the strength of the internal surface of the pipe mold, and strengthen the adhesive force of the melted iron of the inner surface of the pipe molds.

The pipe mold internal wall grinding machine is to grind the inner surface of the pipe molds with pneumatic grinding wheel for the purpose of grinding the burned layer and cracks on the inner surface of the pipe molds, and make preparations for the pipe mold peening, so as to prolong the serviceable life of pipe molds.

 

The pipe mold built-up welding machine

The pipe mold built-up welding machine is to grind the burned layer and cracks of the hot mold method and water cooled metal mold pipe molds and then to repair with the pipe mold built-up welding machine.
