S7432 leadscrew grinding machine is intended for use in machine building and aerospace industry to grind precision leadscrew having either angular or trapezodial or ball track forms. The thread grinder requires to be installed and operated in s shock-proof, temperature-controlled and clean -kept room.
1. Work speed can be steplessly varied by the application of the DC spindle drive.
2. The wheel spindle runs in precision hydrostatic bearings with a high rotation accuracy.
3. The pitch correction deviece is provided for attaining high pitch accuracy on the workpiece.
4. The table travels smoothly on the roller bearings without any effect or stick-slip.
5. Wheel dressing is effected automatically, enabling the grinding wheel to be dressed into a trapezodial or ball track form. Provision is also made on the machine to compensate for the reduction or wheel diameter as a result of wheel dressing.
6. With the use of backlash compensating device available on the machine . it is able to carry out two-way grinding as well as one-way grinding to accomplish thread grinding purpose.
7.Thread grinding is carried out with the use of a single-rib wheel.
8. A totally-enclosed machine hood is provided to prevent oil mist pollution.
