Quality control

-Each skillful worker mainly responsible for a procedure of production ,all the workers need training strictly before working (By the leader of factory)

  -Packing with the box of client's request,any bad boxes are not allowed, then packing with the standard export carton with polyfoam protection. (By packing department)  

-During production inspection and final random inspection  (By QC staffs)

-More than 48 hours aging test for all production  (By QC staffs)

Packing and Delivery

Each piece is packed with polyfoam,then packed into the colorful box,5 units per carton .Sample time is within 7 days , the mess order about 20-25 working days
