 Customized Automatic Genset Control Panel  

This system adopts photoelectricity type liquid crystal display, all the panels show legibly.

And it has been equipped with Stop/Start, Rated/Idle. frequency micro-governor, buzzer and LED lamp, and can give supports to users during operating.

The panel has the functions of waterproof, moistureproof and anti-jamming.

1: Control Function:

Start and Stop the generator set

2: Display function:

Collect the parameters of frequency, voltage etc and display them on LCD panel, display the engine parameters of engine speed, oil pressure, water temperature operating time, battery voltage and so on.

3: Protecting and Alarming Function:

Display failure of low oil pressure, high water temperature, dead start, stop failure, over pressure, lose pressure, charging failure etc, protecting and alarming function.

4: Equipped with emergency stop button.

When there is emergent situation, you can stop the generator set manually to ensure the security.

Function overview:

Through a WM-640 controller panel key and external switch control oil machine to run or stop.

With the distal promoter interface, can be set to start, stop delay time, realize the automatic start and stop.

With overvoltage, undervoltage, flow, low oil pressure, high water temperature, emergency stop, speed, frequency overrun, boot failure fault shutdown protection function.

Low battery voltage, charge failed, flow, low oil pressure, water temperature alarm function of higher trailer.

The use of animation icon type alarm, fault display, high brightness, color LCD display parameters.

Automatic recording oil machine running time.

(first): screen display oil machine voltage (V), monitor the line voltage for "L1-L2, L2-L3, L3-L1"; monitoring the phase voltage for "L1 N, L2 N, L3 N";

(second): screen display of load current (A) L1, L2, L3,

(third): screen display pressure (BAR), temperature (c), the battery voltage (V).

(fourth): screen display frequency (Hz), speed (RPM), charging voltage (V).

(fifth): display screen machine oil total running time (hours).

LCD screen the left shows 4 LCD1 ~ LCD4. custom tags
