Dried apple chips with original flavor are from mature, and fresh Fuji apples. After being rinsed, dipped in the drinking water, and cleaned again by mechanical brush and sprinkling machine, the apples with peel(DFSP002)are sliced after the core is removed. The Product are made through the drying processes of heat air, microwave,and vacuum dehydration. The finished Products are crispy in texture and their flavor and color remain natural, almost as the same as those of fresh apples
