YJQ-3 Intelligent oxygen totalizer is a new flow meter that can use along with the computer internet to meet the demands of market and customers.

Principle

The float moves when fluid flows through the cone glass pipeline from bottom to the top. It will stay in equilibrium position when it suffered equal force from upward and downward. Magnetic conversion will be used while this process in order to realize its conversion function through transducer and microprocessor.It joins with the computer easily owing to the RS-485 connector of the flowmeter.Every computer can control more than 256 sets oxygen intergrator and realize its automatic computing functions.

Installation and Using                                 1.The meter should be installed vertically( or hanged on the wall)2.Open the regulating valve slowly and adjust it to the position of patients needed.Then it will display the flow quantity.3.Close the regulating valve after using,then the flowmeter stop to accumulate.Two minutes later,the displayer will not display its flow quantity.4.When  remeasure is needed,the key should insert to clear zero.About five minutes later,you can measure it again.5.Change the battery regularly.6.Clean the humidity bottle regularly.7.Counter is joined with the computer through RS-485 connector.8.Every counter is controled respectively by the computer through Software program.
