Hiersun Automatic Infrared Ray Bridge Cutting Machine
This machine is used for cutting marble, granite, artificial stone and non-metal materials. It adopts PLC controlling system, programmable logic controller, variable-frequency drive. And the straight line guide rail and Laser crossed Instrument can locate the saw blade and the magnetic grating ruler. And the worktable can be rotated 360°C on the horizontal and 85°C on the vertical. The installation of the machine is very convenient and you can just put the machine on the floor and fix it.
The Siemens PLC controlling system guarantees the stability of the operation of the machine. The motor head has four hydraulic guide rod to realize the lift. On the contrary, some factories in the South China use skateboard to realize the lift. The gap of screw shaft will increase because of friction when using the skateboard for a year. All these will lead to the cutting inaccuracy and the inaccuracy of the saw blade removal. However, our hydraulic lift doesn't have this problem. The straight line guide rail rather than ordinary iron guide rail has guarantee the cutting accuracy and the durability . The machine adopt Omron magnetic grating ruler rather than fuzzy encoder location. The machine can put on the ground directly and fix it, the weight of the machine is up to 7500KG, which all contribute to the stability and rigidity of the machine.
