Working Principle:
1. This straw grinder contains rotors that are mounted by many hammers, when raw material is fed into grinding chamber through the feeding hopper, the hammers will swing around the rotor at a high speed to shred the raw material into rough powder and fine powder that would all fly to sieve screen.
2. Then under the centrifugal force and wind force generated by the rotating rotors, the fine powder would pass through the screen to the container and the rough powder would be continuously grinded till it becomes fine. After milled, the particle size could reach diameter 0.5-5mm, which would be suitable for further pelletizing for animal feed.
3. This kind of straw grinder is made of high strength steel, allows it won't be damaged by iron, stone or other debris that strayed into the grinding chamber easily, is the perfect straw grinding appliance for both home and farm use.
