Raw material: feed pellet (not suitable for powder)

Working process:

Feed coming from pellet machine and is send to drying oven by bucket elevator. 

Then turn on the automatic temperature control system, adjust to the temperature you need, for example 100deg. 

The machine will stop heating when the temperature reach 100deg, and then turn on the air blower, the feed will be heat uniformly after 5 or 10 minutes. 

Motor: 0.75kw, 6 poles, three phases,  

Air blower: 3kw 2pole, three phase.   

Equipment composition: bucket elevator, dryer
