Feature of extruder:

1.Simple operation, wide application range, be suitable for all kinds of production technology. Screw is telescope-feedsingle-head or telescope-feeddouble-head, can be changed each other. Screw extractor position can be turned according to different ingredient to suitable for producing all kinds of different feed pellets.

2.Steam conditioner with double-shaft and differential type structure, including ten place for adding steam and six place for adding liquid, ensure the ingredient can get suitably thermal refining.

3.Strength bearing housing with circulating cooling system can bear larger torgue and thrust.

4.Barrel designed with jacket covering can achieve heating or cooling function through directly injecting steam or cood water into barrel.

5.Spiral made by special wear-resistant material, and big draw ratio make sure kinds of sinking/floating fish feed be continuously and steadily producted.

6.Cutter device with convenient speedy replacement mechanism and frequency conversion testing, can adjust the length of the production pellet conveniently and speedily.

7.Feeding precisely, avoid to be jammed. Using the special frequency conversion feeder, ensure the ingredient to the conditioner to be fluently and purely. The concatenation from the feeder to the conditioner can be changed according to the layout of the whole line in the workshop, in order to make the flow diagram more fluently.
